AI Readiness Audit service terms
Business-policy version approved for the limited beta on July 15, 2026. These terms have not been represented as legally complete or reviewed for every jurisdiction. No engagement begins until the customer receives and accepts the final scope and terms through an approved channel.
- The $250 USD engagement covers the deliverables listed on the offer page and no more than five workflows.
- The customer provides accurate workflow facts, tool names, known baselines, constraints, and timely clarification. Do not send passwords, one-time codes, private keys, payment data, regulated records, or unrestricted exports.
- Work starts only after scope, price, timing, consent, intake completeness, payment evidence, and an approved communication channel are confirmed.
- The target is five business days after complete intake. Materially incomplete or changed inputs may require a revised target accepted by the customer.
- The price includes one clarification or factual-correction round requested within seven calendar days of delivery. Expanded analysis or implementation requires a separate scope.
- The customer remains responsible for business, legal, security, vendor, financial, and implementation decisions.
- Savings, revenue, performance, compliance, and implementation outcomes are not promised.
- PBismark may decline deceptive, surveillance, credential-handling, financial-execution, trading, or out-of-scope requests.
Governing-law, dispute, liability, intellectual-property, and jurisdiction-specific provisions are not asserted here. Those issues require case-specific review before they are relied upon.
