Information collected
This static website includes a mailto contact form that opens your own email application; it does not submit to or store data on this website. The site has no customer database, advertising tracker or analytics service. If you contact Patrick, the minimum information needed may include your name, business email, company context, scheduling details, service selected and non-sensitive workflow information.
Information not requested
Do not send passwords, authentication codes, bank credentials, full payment-card numbers, government identifiers, private keys or unnecessary customer records. A residential street address is not displayed publicly.
Payments
When enabled with owner approval, checkout will be hosted by Stripe. Stripe processes payment and receipt information under its own privacy terms. Patrick should receive transaction details needed to identify the service and support the customer, not full card numbers.
Use and sharing
Information is used to evaluate fit, schedule and deliver a purchased service, provide customer support, keep required business records and protect the service. It is not sold. It may be shared only with service providers needed for scheduling, communication or payment, or when legally required.
Retention and security
Records are retained only as reasonably needed for delivery, support, accounting, dispute handling and legal obligations. Reasonable safeguards are used, but no transmission or storage method is guaranteed secure.
Your choices
You may request access, correction or deletion through customer support, subject to records that must be retained. Identity may need to be reasonably verified before fulfilling a request.
Changes
Material changes will be dated on this page. Continued use after an update does not remove rights provided by applicable law.
