Terms of Service

Business and services

Patrick Okereke is a California sole proprietor offering digital marketing, small-business automation and AI-workflow consultation. The service purchased, fixed scope, one-time USD price and delivery window are those shown at checkout and in the written confirmation.

Customer responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate, timely, lawful information; identify relevant constraints; attend scheduled meetings; and review approval points. Do not provide passwords, authentication codes, payment-card data or information you lack authority to share.

Advice and implementation

Deliverables are recommendations and planning materials, not legal, tax, accounting, cybersecurity certification or financial advice. Implementation, custom software, paid tools, content publication and production access are excluded unless separately described and approved in writing.

Results and third-party tools

Results depend on each customer’s circumstances. No revenue or performance outcome is guaranteed. Third-party platforms may change features, prices, policies or availability; customers decide whether to adopt or pay for recommended tools.

Payment

Prices are one-time charges in USD. Payment is due through the approved Stripe-hosted checkout before delivery begins unless written terms say otherwise. No subscription, automatic renewal, automatic payout or automatic additional charge is included.

Cancellations and refunds

The Cancellation & Refund Policy is part of these terms. Request scheduling or refund support using the configured customer-support method.

Intellectual property and use

After full payment, the customer may use the final customer-specific deliverables internally for its business. Patrick retains pre-existing methods, templates, general know-how and tools. Third-party materials remain subject to their respective terms.

Confidentiality and privacy

Each party should limit confidential information to what the service requires and protect it reasonably. Website and service-data practices are described in the Privacy Policy.

Limitation and applicable rights

To the extent permitted by law, liability for a claim related to a service is limited to the amount paid for that service. This does not limit liability or customer rights that cannot legally be limited. California law applies, without overriding mandatory consumer protections.
