Before work begins
You may request cancellation within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund if the consultation has not occurred and substantive work has not begun. If Patrick cancels an engagement and cannot offer an acceptable replacement time, you receive a full refund.
Consultation scheduling
Request cancellation or rescheduling at least 24 hours before the scheduled consultation. One reschedule is allowed without charge when requested at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations and missed appointments are not automatically refundable, except where required by law.
Audits and blueprints
After discovery or substantive work begins, refunds are not guaranteed. A request will be reviewed based on work completed and the undelivered portion of the agreed scope. No scope expansion, dissatisfaction with a recommendation, or decision not to implement it creates an automatic refund right.
How to request help
Contact customer support from the same email used to schedule or pay. Include the purchaser name, service, payment date and reason—never send full card details. Patrick will acknowledge requests within 2 business days after the support channel is active.
Processing
Approved refunds are initiated through the original payment method. Bank and payment-network posting time is outside Patrick’s control. There are no automatic refunds.
Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot legally be waived.
